There are 6 reasons why you should not fit in but stand out. Read the article to find out the reasons.

Variety they say is the spice of life so imagine how life would be so boring and monotonous if everyone was the same. Most times people will not like you for being different but in the long run, you will add spice to their lives. And this is the reason why you should never put yourself under pressure because you want to fit in, be yourself, be you. It is very exhausting trying to fit in and puts you unnecessarily on your toes often times. Trying to fit in brings strife, comparison and competition. Strife brings conflict, antagonism, enmity even amongst close associates and friends. This can make one a cynical person.

6 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT FIT IN BUT STAND OUT

YOU ARE A UNIQUE

Unique here means you are one of a kind. There is no second you. You are peculiar, you are special. Why then should you try to fit in. You short change yourself when you try to fit in and become like everyone else. When you become like everyone else, you loose your worth and value. People do not value common things, they value rare things. Gold is valued because it is not like every other metal and you do not find it everywhere.

YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT PURPOSE AND CALLING

Everyone on earth has a different purpose and calling. If you try to fit into someone else’s purpose, you will miss yours and you will end up not impacting the world. You were made to have an impact in this world. There is a special grace to fulfil your own purpose on earth and if you derail from this and go after another person’s purpose, you will most definitely fail at it. This is because the grace you have for your own purpose will not cover for another person’s purpose.

YOU CARRY A DIFFERENT GIFT

Your gift is different to everyone else’s and it is your unique features. Nobody has it all however what you have, another person does not have and vice versa. So value your gift and maximise it to the profit of humanity. Imagine a group where the only thing anyone can do is sing, it would be monotonous. However when you have a variety of people who can sing, dance and write songs, there lies the spice.

YOU WILL NEVER BE LIKE SOMEONE ELSE

No matter how much you try and you can only try for too long, you will never be like someone else. It’s like trying to give yourself another DNA other than the one you were born with. Your DNA can never change and so also in the same way, you can never be like another person. Why try to be a counterfeit when you are an original. You were made to stand out and not fit in.

YOU ARE DOWNPLAYING YOUR POTENTIAL

Another one of the 6 reasons why you should not fit in but stand out is that when you try to be like someone else, you are playing small. You are wasting all the great potentials and resources God has deposited inside you. You are indirectly saying that you prefer to be someone else or that you are not good enough. Stop playing small. It’s time to play big. It’s time to take on new challenges and live the kind of life you are supposed to live.

YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF AND THE WORLD A DISSERVICE

The world awaits your manifestation and there are still new innovations and invention to be made by you that the world has not yet seen. There are still books to be written, songs to be sung, breakthrough in automobile yet to be discovered etc. If electricity was not invented, the world would still be in darkness, if air planes were not invented, we would still be taking ships for days and months to get to our destination.

Let your light shine. Do not hide your light or try to dim your light because it makes another person uncomfortable. You were created for a reason. If you truly want to live a fulfilling life, you need to manifest your purpose and calling. You are a master piece, you are the spice of Life. Go and manifest!
