People often ask the question, what is my purpose? This is a question some people may never find an answer to until their last day on earth. This is because people struggle to identify their purpose and for this reason are not able to fulfil it. In this article, you will be finding out how to identify and live in your divine purpose.
Simply put, purpose is the reason why something or someone exist or the reason why something or someone is created. It is noteworthy that not a single person has the same purpose. Every individual is unique and so is their purpose. This is why it is important to discover your own divine purpose so you don’t end up living another person’s purpose. You will find your passion by identifying these.
- What are my areas of strength?
Another question you will need to ask yourself is what your areas of strength are. This could come in character or personality wise. Some people have good communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills etc. You do not have these skills and attributes for nothing, beneath them could just be where your purpose lies.

Sometimes it may be difficult identifying your purpose, however you can find the answers through this last question. What do people know you to be and compliment you for? In some cases, we may not be in the best position to answer some of these questions about ourselves because people who are close to us may know us better than we know ourselves. You will need to ask these people close to you and that you trust to help you answer these questions. Ask them to tell you your strengths and who they see you to be. Put together all the answers you get from them and pick out the common ones from the list. Then ask yourself again, is this true? Do I love these things about myself? Do I enjoy doing them? If the answer is yes, then I believe you may have successfully discovered your true purpose.

We sometimes make a huge mistake by waiting for the right time before we can start anything but there is no such thing as the right time. If you have to wait for the right time, it may never come. Now is the time to start living the life you are made to live because you do not have to wait till you start big. Start now with the small baby steps. When you start small, you are building yourself and preparing yourself for bigger opportunities. Starting small is a process and you have to start the first process before graduating into something bigger.

Do you have a story that tells how you have overcome life challenges? Do not keep it to yourself. You need to tell your story to the world. This is because when you do, you will be helping and inspiring people who are going through the same situation to overcome theirs. And when they see that someone else have been through what they are going through and overcame, they will take lessons and use the stories as a learning point.
- FIND AND BUILD A COMMUNITY
Find and build a community to champion your cause. Some people have been victims of child abuse, rape, human trafficking in the past and have now a formed a cause to help other people to fight these. This is so that what happened to them will not end up happening to other people. On the other hand, some people have been fortunate in life and have formed causes to give other people the opportunity that they were given.

Sometimes you may already know your passion and purpose in life but may find it difficult to start because you have no idea what steps to take, what things to do or feel confident enough to start. This could come in the form of a mentor or coach and this person will be in a better position to guide you. In order to track your progress and to avoid lukewarmness, you can get an accountability partner. You both can partner yourselves, meet regularly to set goals and give reports of your achievements and also celebrate yourselves.

In some cases, you may not be able to live your purpose but you can live it through someone else and this is how. There are instances of people who were actively involved in sports or other forms of activity but got involved in an accident that left them incapacitated to continue to do those things. For this reason, they look for people who have the same kind of talent with no opportunity and help to provide a platform where they can be seen and heard

Do not waste anymore time before you start living your purpose. You need to start to live it now whether you are ready or not, confident or not confident, you have to start something. Do not leave this world without fulfilling your purpose. The world is awaiting your manifestation.
